FULL HOME RENOVATION

In 2014 we purchased a mid-century modern rancher. We wanted a complete renovation plus addition of 1,200 square feet. We interviewed three of the more prominent builders in the area and chose Raphael Homes.

Raphael Homes had long term experience in renovation and custom building and the references to support excellence in both categories. Once selected, Rick Raphael became part of our design and build team. He worked with us, the architects and his sub-contractors to refine drawings, to prepare budgets and to make in field adjustments, all of which added to the overall quality of the project and our immense satisfaction with the result.

To us, Rick passed our two most important criteria - trustworthiness and looking out for our benefit at each step of the planning and construction phases. We developed an easy, pleasant working relationship with Rick. He was unflappable even in the few times we weren't. Four years later, Rick is still consigliore if we need professional help dealing with normal house repair/maintenance issues.

In summary - our experience with Rick and his company was outstanding. No project is without some stress but we can honestly say that if we had to do it all over again we would still choose and rely upon Rick Raphael, his staff and sub-contractors.
